10 years of golf & real estate: Some traditions in business are planned.
Others simply grow over time.

In 2017, during MIPIM, we organized a small golf tournament with a few friends from the real estate industry. The idea was simple: after a week of meetings, conferences, and deal discussions in Cannes, why not finish it on the golf course instead of in another meeting room?

Yesterday we played the 10th edition of the TCP Riviera Golf Cup.
What started as a small gathering has slowly become a tradition many people look forward to every year. Familiar faces returning, new players joining, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes conversations very different from those happening along the Croisette.

This year was also special as the tournament was co-hosted for the first time by the Kellogg Real Estate Alumni network and TriGranit Developement Corporation in Poland. A special thank you to Tom Lisiecki CEO of TriGranit and Ryan Moore from the Kellogg Real Estate Alumni network.

The Game
As always, we played an 18-hole round in gross and net format, while newcomers had the chance to discover golf with a clinic and a short course introduction.

The Winners
Gross winner: Axel Baillon
Net winner: Andrej Leontiev
A special thank you to Bodo Hollung who generously offered a VIP ticket prize for the winners at the Allianz Arena München.
Congratulations to both winners — and a big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this anniversary edition another great one.

The Real Tradition
Like every year, the round ended at the clubhouse where conversations moved from birdies and bogeys back to real estate.
Markets go through cycles.
Relationships tend to last longer.

After 10 years, this event has become much more than a golf tournament. It’s simply a great reminder that real estate is, above all, a people business.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this tradition over the past decade.
Looking forward to 11th edition already.
